Pour the hot water over the leaves, not directly boiling, to preserve flavour. Steep for 3-4 minutes for a balanced brew. Strain and savor the pure tea, or add milk and sugar to your taste. Breathe deep, and enjoy a taste of Sri Lankan tradition.
